Meet the Team

Bryar Stewart
Co-Founder

Bryar is someone who lights up around people, meaningful conversation and celebrations. She loves family, friends, good coffee, Whittaker’s chocolate and living a life of purpose.

She’s always been drawn to connection and storytelling. After interviewing over 200 business owners and leaders on various podcasts, one thing became clear: everyone has a story to tell and deserves to feel seen.

Most recently, Bryar was the Community Manager at Icehouse, New Zealand’s network for business owners and leaders. She brings experience in interviewing, media, community building, communications, and strategy — but more than that, she brings heart. She cares about people feeling valued.

Bryar has a Bachelor of Business from AUT University (2018) and a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability at New York University Stern (2023).

She leads storytelling and client experience at Darling, alongside business strategy and management. All with the intention of crafting an experience and product families can treasure forever.

Logan Stewart
Co-Founder

Logan loves the simple things in life - being around people, enjoying good food, coffee, and staying active. Playing tennis or watching baseball and Formula 1 are some of his favourite hobbies, as well as hitting the gym and mowing his lawns.

He also has a great passion for sound - finding joy in many genres of music, crafting the perfect playlists for any occasion and keeping up to date with industry trends and up and coming artists.

With over 10 years of experience in both live and post-production audio, Logan brings precision, creativity, and calm to every Darling recording. He’s a gifted Audio engineer with an exceptional ear for detail.

Logan leads all things audio at Darling as well as maintaining the high standards across the day-to-day of the business. He holds a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute (2011).

Darling is close to his heart - using his skillset for a purpose by treasuring the stories that matter most.
